Last week saw the first training run break the 2 hour barrier. 2 hours and 7 mins in all which hopefully means I ran about 14-15 miles, 2 of which are all uphill. Felt Ok although my hip flexors were tightening up a bit towards the end. Conditions were good, but where the rain had [...]
